2. Application Design
   As you confirm and approve the contract, we will start developing an application design based on your requirements (if you don't have it yet). We must both agree on the design before we start to develop it.
3. Coding
   After you confirm and approve the application design, we will start the development. We will update the latest prototype of your project weekly so that you can send comments for a better result.
4. Testing and Debugging
   We will perform intense testing and debugging as the coding phase completed to make sure all the functionalities work as expected.
5. Installation/Implementation
   After passing the testing phase, we will deliver the application to you. You may ask us to install/implement it to your server free of charge.
6. Maintenance
   Maintenance period starts right after the installation/implementation. During this period, you have to make sure that the application works fine. We will fix all bugs for free during this period.

Terms of Payment

1. 40% when you and we agree to start the project
2. 50% when we complete the development and ready to deliver or install it to your server
3. 10% at the end of maintenance period

2. Plan 2: USD 80.00 for 4 hours per month (Save 20%)

2. Website Maintenance
   As you confirm and approve the contract, you can:
   1. Send us your host authentication information (such as: host url, user name and password)
   2. Send us your website files (please compress it into a single file)
   After that, we will start the maintenance of website based on your request.
3. Testing
   We will perform an intense testing as the maintenance phase completed to make sure everything works fine and meets your requirement.
4. Implementation
   After the testing phase, we will upload it for you.

Terms of Payment

All plans are prepaid on a quarterly basis. You can roll unused hours into the following month.

You can hourly outsource to us for web development and/or web design and/or web maintenance and we will work our best for you.

Our hourly rate for this service is very competitive and reasonable:

Plan 1: USD 25.00 per hour for less than 160 hours outsourced

Plan 2: USD 15.00 per hour for more than 160 hours outsourced (Save 40%)
